By submitting design files you confirm that you own or have the right to use the design, and that printing it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You indemnify I Make Stuff against any claims arising from your design files.

Lead times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
